Straightforward answers — because the first conversation should be about your situation, not explaining how we work.

It depends on the service. Strategic planning engagements typically run 6–10 weeks. Fractional leadership roles run 3–12 months depending on the scope. Operational transformation and market expansion engagements vary based on complexity. We scope every engagement to the specific situation — not a standard package
We work with organizations at growth stage and beyond — typically those where leadership capacity, operational infrastructure, or go-to-market strategy is the constraint on performance. The right fit is less about revenue or headcount and more about whether the challenge we solve is the challenge you’re facing.

All three, depending on the engagement type. Strategic planning is typically project-based with a fixed fee. Fractional leadership runs as a monthly retainer. Ongoing advisory can be structured either way. We discuss the right structure as part of scoping — we don’t have a one-size approach to commercial terms.

Occasionally, if the situation aligns closely with our existing expertise. The five verticals — SaaS, Real Estate, Hospitality, Professional Services, and Government — are where we have the deepest experience and the most direct pattern recognition. Engagements outside those verticals are considered case by case.
That’s what the first call is for. Describe what’s happening — where the organization is, what’s not working, and what you’re hoping changes. We’ll tell you which service area applies, whether it’s one or a combination, and whether we’re the right fit to help with it.
We come into it with one question: is this a situation we can actually help with? If the answer is yes, we’ll tell you how and what it would look like. If the answer is no — or if we think a different approach would serve you better — we’ll say that too. We’re not interested in engagements that aren’t the right fit for both sides.
